Create a text → R click → tick 3D Layer
Create a Solid → grey color, rename as floor, place below text, enable 3D Layer icon
Create a Solid → black color, rename as background (BG), below floor
Create a camera, 2d node, 28mm
Create a Point light, place behind the text → AA → reduce Shadow darkness and diffusion
In text layer → AA to turn on material option → turn on Cast Shadows
In Fast Preview icon → Renderer Option → Change resolution to 500 (speed up rendering preview)
To create volumetric light:
Create a soild, rename as Light source, color white → select Ellipse tool (Q), draw a small circle in center (hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift for perfect shape) →
enable 3D layer on light source layer →
AA → turn off Accepts Lights (so no shadow won’t casted on the layer)
Create an adjustment layer → rename as Volume Light → apply effect Radial Fast Blur on it → Zoom: Brightness, Amount boost to 85
Create Null object, enable 3D icon → rename as Point → position it behind the Volume Light/Light Source
Go to Volume Light layer menu, hold Alt to select center stopwatch → drag the parent link icon to Point layer, then type script expression: (to make radial fast blur effect from 3d point to 2d position) Effect (top bar) → Color Correction → Curves, place it above radial fast effect in the Volume light layer menu

in the curves, compress the dynamic range until only see the white light (so that the effect only on the white light, not on floor or on text)
Add another curve below Radial Fast Blur → change the curve in blue and red channel to give different color light effect
Change the Volume Light layer Mode from Normal to Screen
