How can I benefit from it, should I need it?
This benefit typically kicks in after you have been off sick for more than 13 weeks hopefully helping to relieve money worries at a difficult time.
Up to 50% of basic salary is paid out to you via payroll, note that you would still need to contribute standard PAYE amounts and taxes.
Unum help you achieve a safe and sustainable return to work. Rehabilitation and reintegration programmes are an integral part of the claims management process and the support Unum provide.
Unum Life Assurance
When life is going well, it’s easy not to think about more difficult times.
Having life assurance means that iwoca can help provide some peace of mind and a tax-free lump sum for an employee's loved ones in the event of an untimely death.
The benefit is equivalent to four times your basic salary and is provided to eligible employees immediately upon joining iwoca, up to their 75th birthday, whilst they remain employed by iwoca in the UK.
