These pages reproduce internal policy documents, which may change from time to time and which apply to UK employees only.
Where there is a difference between these pages and the policy documents on Confluence, the policy documents shall prevail.
We want to make sure you are paid fairly and do this by benchmarking externally and internally, against like-for-like roles. We review all salaries at least once every 12 months, but often more frequently than that. In roles with rapidly changing scope or market demand, we may benchmark salaries every 3 - 6 months.
When we benchmark salaries, we first look at salaries of fellow iwocans in comparable roles. We’ll also consider additional data such as candidate salaries from applications and recruitment agencies, industry salary surveys and data provided by hiring platforms.
We encourage open discussion on salary expectations so if you feel your salary isn’t right, please talk to us.
Salary changes are not guaranteed at every review and will be subject to your performance.
