We offer 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday (no-one should be working on their birthday 🎂). We also offer the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per year, and offer unlimited unpaid leave, should you require some extra time off.
Sabbaticals
We also offer a four week sabbatical when you have been with us for at least four years. We appreciate that working in a scale-up, a lot of people care personally and often put a lot of themselves into their work. We want to reward you for your loyalty and give you the time off to recharge.
iwocasaur Leave
On your 7th iwocaversary, as a thank you for the years you have given to iwoca and your ongoing commitment, you’ll get an extra 5 days holiday allowance. This iwocasaur holiday budget gets replenished with 5 days every year you stay at iwoca, on 1st January, so effectively you’ll have 31 days of holidays per year.
