The nature of most roles at iwoca will mean that you’ll be working in front of a screen for the majority of your working day, most likely sitting down. Naturally, some team members might experience fatigue, eye strain and backache from overuse or improper use of Display Screen Equipment (DSE).
The set-up in the office is already aimed at being as ergonomically friendly as possible and you’ll be able to access equipment like footrests, laptop-stands or portable standing desks. To ensure that you’re just as well set up working from home, you can request these for your home office too.
Everyone is also invited to complete an online ergonomic assessment which may recommend some alterations to the way you work.
