RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Novus Artech reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion. We are committed to maintaining professional standards and providing quality design services to businesses that align with our values and capabilities.

CIRCUMSTANCES FOR SERVICE REFUSAL

We may decline to provide services in the following situations:

Project Scope & Feasibility

Projects that exceed our technical capabilities or expertise
Requests that require resources beyond what we can reasonably provide as a free service
Timeline demands that compromise quality standards
Projects requiring specialized skills outside our design services

Professional Standards

Businesses or individuals who demonstrate unprofessional conduct
Clients who are abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to our team
Repeated failure to provide necessary project information or feedback
Unreasonable demands or expectations beyond the scope of free services

Legal & Ethical Considerations

Businesses involved in illegal activities
Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
Projects that may infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks
Adult entertainment or explicit content
Misleading or deceptive business practices

Business Compatibility

Companies whose values fundamentally conflict with our mission
Businesses that compete directly with our core services
Organizations that may present conflicts of interest
Projects that could damage our professional reputation

CAPACITY LIMITATIONS

As a company providing free design services, we operate with limited resources:
We may need to prioritize projects based on available capacity
Complex projects may be declined in favor of serving more small businesses
We reserve the right to limit the number of projects per client
Seasonal demand may affect our ability to take on new projects

QUALITY ASSURANCE

To maintain the high standards our clients, expect:
We only accept projects we can execute professionally
We reserve the right to decline projects outside our expertise
We may refuse work that doesn't align with our design philosophy
We maintain the right to discontinue services if quality cannot be assured

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If we must decline services:

RECONSIDERATION

Decisions to refuse service are generally final, but may be reconsidered if:
