Slime

Materials:
Newspaper/Table cloth
Mixing bowl
Spoon or craft stick for stirring
Measuring cups and spoons
Airtight container for storing the slime
Directions:Prepare Your Workspace: Lay down some newspaper or a plastic tablecloth to protect your work surface. Slime can get messy!
Pour Glue Into Mixing Bowl: Measure out 1 cup of white school glue and pour it into your mixing bowl.
Add Baking Soda: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of baking soda into the glue. Mix it well until the baking soda is fully incorporated.P
Mix in Food Coloring: If you want colored slime, add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Activate with Contact Lens Solution: Slowly add contact lens solution to the mixture, a little at a time, while stirring continuously. Keep adding until the slime begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl and forms into a cohesive ball.
Knead the Slime: Once the slime starts to come together, take it out of the bowl and knead it with your hands. This will help to smooth out any lumps and make the slime less sticky.
Add Glitter or Sequins (Optional): If you want to add some sparkle to your slime, now is the time to mix in glitter or sequins. Just sprinkle them onto the slime and knead them in until evenly distributed.
Store in an Airtight Container: Once you're finished playing with your slime, store it in an airtight container to keep it from drying out. This will also help prevent it from picking up any dust or dirt.Enjoy your homemade slime! Feel free to get creative with different colors and add-ins to customize it to your liking.
