How to use
Write name of team member in the text field below, then press “Add”. Repeat until you have all team members name.
Decide among the team on the maximum monetary value of each favor
Press on the “Add Favor” button within a member’s row to open the form to create a new Favor for them. Ideal number of 3 favors for each.
You can press this button anytime, but try to keep the total amount of favors equal for everyone.
Members with fewer favors than average will have the “Total Favors” cell highlighted in Yellow.
When a team member is not being accountable, press the button “Dropped the Ball :(” to select a random Favor they need to fulfill. Make sure to write a good summary of the Reason for triggering Accountability.
If this button is disabled, it means there’s no available favors from other members for this person to pick. In that case, press the “Add Favor” button to create new Favors for the team.
When the member fulfilled one of the favor, you can either:
Hover your mouse over the item in “Need to Deliver” until the detail card appear, click the Expand button to open the full view, and then Pick a date for “Delivered On”. The status will automatically changed to “Delivered”
Scroll down to “Favors waiting for Fulfillment” and press on the “Delivered!” button
