Calling

I had to do a bit of research to figure out how to set up proper calling rules. First I created a table with the country codes : . Next I read the text in to understand the rules a bit better.
A valid phone number in international format is as the following example
[country code] [network prefix] [number]
44 831 1234567
The authors reference to the of their insights as well and this source shares these basic rules:
Dial the IDD, which for majority of the world is 00 or 011.
Add the country code from the country code list.
Then dial the target number, leaving off the first zero if there is one.

A bit of this complexity can be reduced by using the plus symbol.
