Since you can have people with the same name - certainly in families - we do check for doubles. What you can do is adding a part of the baptismal name to the first name. In my case my name becomes Christaan A. (Arij) and this lowers the chance of a mix up. It is up to you to make sure that your naming convention is logic for you.
