Led the development and management of a centralized document hub, ensuring organization and oversight of all posts across multiple platforms. Successfully onboarded and guided a team of 17 members, providing regular updates on future tasks and strategic direction. Maintained consistent communication with the product team and community volunteers, supporting a platform with over 110,000 active users. Additionally, established a comprehensive social media team brand guide, defining graphic standards, post guidelines, and color schemes to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
