Membership of Boli Network is free for anybody. However, each Member will be required to undergo a KYC verification process, to ensure the stability of the ecosystem. Unverified Members will not be able to join or launch Boli Economies.
Legal Jurisdiction
Boli Network is NOT designed to replace sovereign nations or governments, but to be a borderless digital ecosystem that simplifies doing business globally. Members of Boli Network will ultimately be liable to their respective countries and legal jurisdictions. Economies and Businesses created on Boli Network will have no legal authority outside of Boli Network.
However, due to the decentralized and immutable nature of Blockchain technology, Contracts and Transactions created on Boli Network can serve as a reliable source for guaranteeing proof of ownership, agreements, or transactions, to be used as references for filing tax returns, or for settling legal disputes outside Boli Network.
