Flexible PTO Tracker

Don't forget to take vacations out of those flexible/unlimited PTO days
When I joined Coda, I was excited about the flexible PTO benefits. Unlimited PTO sounds pretty good! However, looking around the web, it seems on average, employees actually compared to when there is a limit. I think one reason is because there is no counter of saved days, and it’s easy to work through a long stretch of time without taking days off.
I believe taking vacation days is important to maintain good mental health, avoid burn out and actually keep the engagement with the work. Because of that, I’ve built a rough formula to estimate the amount of PTO days would have accrued. It is common for companies, especially tech startup, to offer Unlimited PTO. I hope this tracker will be useful to you as well.

Advanced: track accrued PTO days of your team

For managers, it is easy to set up a tracker for your whole team. It’s great if you’re concerned that people are not taking days off (or taking too many days)! Using the , you can even set up automatic reminder for them to make use of the company’s benefit.
