Tip:All the formulas for tracking are tied to the number of roles for each org, as well as the rows with candidate names listed in them. Unfold this pointer for instructions on how to use the table!
Role Column: adding a new row in this column with a role written in it, will increase the target number of hires for the Org you added to, as well as your total target.
Candidate Column: filling in a Candidate name will increase the progress statistics for the Org it is grouped in, as well as against the total number of hires. If a Candidate row is blank, then it counts as zero.
Org Column:
If you want to add a new Org, you can do that too - just click the + in the Org column at the bottom of an existing Org grouping, to add a new group.
If you add a new Org, or change the name of an existing Org, be sure to update the formulas in the progress section so that they refer to the correct Org name (for the progress bars that includes the formula for the table, as well as the formula for the maximum number the progress bar can hit, in the progress bar settings).

Tip: all the formulas below are tied to the names of the Orgs listed in the table above. Unfold this pointer for instructions.
If you add a new Org, or change the name of an existing Org, be sure to update the formulas below so that they refer back to the correct Org name
For the progress bars that includes editing the formula for the requisite column, as well as the formula for the maximum number the progress bar can hit, which you can find in the slider options section.
For the total count and percentage progress formulas, just click on the number and edit the formula so the orgs that are mentioned in quotation marks, match the orgs in the table above.
For the bar chart, be sure to update the horizontal axis range to the total number of target hires (you can do that by clicking on the options section of the chart, then clicking the chart display button, and scrolling down to “more options”).
