Steal the 8 steps below 👇🏻

Step 1: Set up Google Alerts to email me when healthcare tech companies raise money. (That's my sweet spot)

Step 2: Use a Zapier automation to store these emails in a Google Sheet.

Step 3: Every Friday AM, I go to my Google sheet and pull all of the CEO names out.

Step 4: Send the CEO a connection request on LinkedIn.

Step 5: Include a very passive message that says:

Hi {{firstname}} - A quick note to say congrats on the recent round.

I spent the last decade building companies like ZocDoc and PatientPop and I love seeing new players emerge in the space.

Step 6: 75% of connections accept. 19% of acceptances respond and want to talk.

Step 7: I win business from ~35% of the conversations I have.

Step 8: Contract signed.

Repeat next Friday...
