Challenges

Each week we will have a group challenge to accomplish.
Please check the box for this week if you did the activity.
Every activity provides a way to grow, and is meant to build the habit of action.
These goals are separate from the that everyone sets for themselves individually.

Weekly Challenges:

Week 1: Call someone to catch up, and tell them your goal for this program
Week 2: Sell something on facebook/ebay (declutter)
Week 3: Donate to a charity of your choice
Week 4: Read for an hour (cumulative, throughout the week)
Week 5: Cook a meal
Week 6: Do a household chore
Week 7: Do an act of service
Week 8: Go somewhere new to eat.
Week 9: Buy something for yourself
Week 10: Do a workout/be active
Week 11: Ask for a favor
Week 12: Compliment a stranger
Week 13: Call the week 1 person and let them know your progress
