Scene 4: Supporting Cast & Boundaries

“Not everyone gets a role in your reboot.” Some characters are recurring. Some are just guest appearances. You choose.

👥 Who’s in Your Corner?

Think about the people who show up with love, respect, and safe energy. This is your supporting cast. The ones who clap for you when you’re not in the room.
List their names and roles, like film credits:
Name — “My ride-or-die hype woman since day one”
Name — “The calm presence I need when everything feels loud”
Name — “He’s not just love interest energy. He’s soulmate material.”
These characters deserve a standing ovation — whether or not they ever see the script.

🚫 Who’s Been CUT From the Script?

No shade. Just clarity. These are the roles that no longer serve you:
Toxic friend #3 — “Gossip, jealousy, unnecessary competition. That’s not in this season’s plot.”
Energy vampire — “Leaves me drained after every scene.”
Situationship — “Wasn’t even a full episode arc.”
Write their roles. Write your liberation

✨ Your Boundaries = Your Plot Armor

This is where you protect your peace like the plot depends on it. Because it does.
I don’t over-explain my “no.”
I don’t let people guilt me into shrinking.
I don’t perform for love. I attract it.
I leave when the vibe feels off — not after it hurts.
You can add, or create your own too — personal, emotional, digital, romantic. Make it specific. Make it stick.

The Soft “Goodbye” Letter

Want to release someone or something without confrontation? Write a goodbye letter you don’t have to send. Let it be tender. Let it be true.
“I love the role you played in my life. But this isn’t your scene anymore. I’m rewriting, and I wish you peace.”
