Welcome to the Superhuman Workspace ✨
First things first — welcome. This isn’t just another “study tips” guide. The Superhuman Workspace is meant to be a living resource: a set of principles, strategies, and reflections that can help you learn more effectively, rest more deeply, and make time for the things that truly matter.
I originally created it as a kind of cheat code for my future children — a way to capture everything I was learning about how to structure life and build habits that multiply time. Over the years, though, I’ve seen how valuable it can be for others too, which is why I’m making it publicly available here.
If you’d like to see what applying these principles has enabled me to do alongside medical school, you’re welcome to stalk me on . But honestly, this document isn’t about me — it’s about helping you live with more freedom, joy, and focus.

How to get the best out of this resource

This workspace is full of ideas, but it’s not meant to be swallowed whole in one sitting. To make the most of it, here’s the approach I’d recommend:
Skim everything first. Get a sense of the landscape — the topics, the principles, and the kinds of tools you’ll find here.
Pick one or two areas that resonate. Maybe it’s sleep, maybe it’s study systems, maybe it’s exercise. Start with what feels most urgent or exciting for you.
Watch or read the overview. If there’s a video, watch it. Otherwise, begin with the short overview at the top of each topic.
Go deeper step by step:
Read through the Principles (backed by research and evidence).
Move to the Practicals (concrete steps you can apply right now).
Explore the Sources if you want to understand the “why” more deeply.
Structure it into your life. You can even ask your favorite LLM or planning tool to turn these principles into a daily or weekly routine for you.
Master one thing at a time. Don’t rush. Commit to building one principle into your life until it feels natural. Then, return here and choose the next one.
The goal isn’t to do everything at once — it’s to steadily build a way of living that helps you not only ace your modules but also enjoy life, deepen relationships, and pursue side projects that bring meaning.
This workspace is here for you to return to again and again, like a toolbox you can dip into whenever you need it. My hope is that it helps you grow into more of who you’re meant to be — not just a better student, but a fuller human being.
