Step 1: Before you get started

Before your team is able to use request BCA access from creators via Lumanu, you will need to grant Lumanu advertising access to your company Instagram account and Facebook Business Page.
Let’s make sure your Facebook and Instagram settings are set up for granting Lumanu the access needed.

Before you get started checklist

Identify the person who has access to your brand’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. This user does not need a Lumanu account - you can send them a link to set up this connection.

The below settings are needed to grant Lumanu advertising access:

Log-in credentials for Instagram account and Facebook Page
Admin (or ‘Facebook’) access to Facebook Page
Admin access to Facebook Business Manager
Full access to Instagram and Facebook Page within Business Manager

How to get Facebook Page admin access
If you do not currently have admin access to your company Facebook Page, someone who already has admin access will need to grant your user access using the below steps. To grant a user Facebook (admin) access to a Facebook Page: From your Page, click Manage, then click Page Access. Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New. Click Next, type the name or email address of the person you want to give Facebook access, then click their name. From here, you can choose to give the person Facebook access with full control or partial control: To give Facebook access with partial control: Scroll down, then click Give Access. To give Facebook access with full control: Scroll down, click to allow this person to have full control, then click Give Access. Type your Facebook password, then click Confirm. The person will receive an email to accept your invitation to access your Page.
How to get Facebook Business Manager admin access
If you do not currently have admin access to your company Facebook Business Manager, someone who already has admin access will need to grant your user access using the below steps. To invite a user as an admin to a Business Manager: Go to Business settings. Click People. Click Add. Enter the work email address of the person you want to add. Choose Admin access Click Next Select the asset and the task access you want to assign the person. Click Invite. The person will get an invitation to join your Business Manager in their email inbox.
How to assign IG/FB to your user within your Business Manager
To add people to assets: Open Business Settings. Click People. Select a person. Click Assign Assets and select your company Facebook Page and Instagram account Toggle on full access for each asset Facebook: assign Full ‘Facebook’ Access Instagram: toggle on all permissions possible Click Save Changes.

Steps
If you do not currently have admin access to your company Facebook Page, someone who already has admin access will need to grant your user access using the below steps.

To grant a user Facebook (admin) access to a Facebook Page:
From your Page, click Manage, then click Page Access.
Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New.
Click Next, type the name or email address of the person you want to give Facebook access, then click their name.
From here, you can choose to give the person Facebook access with full control or partial control:
To give Facebook access with partial control: Scroll down, then click Give Access.
To give Facebook access with full control: Scroll down, click to allow this person to have full control, then click Give Access.
Type your Facebook password, then click Confirm.
The person will receive an email to accept your invitation to access your Page.
