Turn on the automation

Put this doc on autopilot.
The last step is to turn on the automation that will automatically push the
Send birthday message

button from the
All Coworkers
⁠
table on your coworker's birthday.
You can turn on the automation by clicking the Settings icon (

) in the top right of the toolbar and selecting Automations

Hint: you can customize the time of day when the message gets sent.

And that's it! 🎉 Your coworkers will now all receive automatic Slack message from you on their birthdays.
