1. Technical Product Manager

Qualifications for this job:

Risk: You will own and drive the risk product strategy and roadmap. Risk management is core to any fintech company’s success, hence Experience in online credit, lending, risk management, and payments is a big advantage.
Experience working directly or indirectly with predictive models, machine learning and online experiments - advantage.
Architecture: You get that architecture is not only how you build buildings but also systems. This is a technical position. A background in technology and two years of experience working with development teams is required.
Process: You love building processes almost as much as you love automating them. Zapier is one of your best friends.
You read data like a book. You can understand and communicate impact in numbers and charts.
You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - data, marketing, operations, and sales. You help give everyone a voice, you’re the conductor, not the lead singer, leading without authority is key.
You’re a storyteller. You can articulate problems into stories that people want to understand. And you can write it all down clearly so that R&D is on the same page.
You know how to listen, and know that you’re not the smartest person in the room.
You have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
You’re fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
Experience with systems like Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce or any back-office tools is a big advantage.
Experience working with a financial risk system or team is an advantage as well.

2. Product Manager

Qualifications:

Experience in designing and building great user experiences for the web and/or mobile. Ideally at least four years of experience.
You’ve worked on partnerships with large companies, as you’ll likely be leading several of these. Not just leading our relationship with them but also implementing the finer details of integrating our tech and workflows.
Consumer-focused design is in your bones. You can’t help but notice beautifully intuitive products. We build consumer-focused products for the SMB industries we serve so an experience building B2C products is an advantage.
You’re a storyteller that can articulate problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that R&D can get on the same page.
You understand that products tell stories and that every word/interaction matters.
You read data like a book. You can understand and communicate impact in numbers and graphs.
You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - data, marketing, operations, and sales. You help give everyone a voice, you’re the conductor, not the lead singer, softly leading without forced authority is key.
You articulate clearly, having honed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Not just within the team, you’ll also be speaking to our users regularly to really understand them and their needs.
You really listen and keep in mind that you’re not the smartest person in the room.
You have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
You’re fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
Experience working with remote teams is an advantage.
