Wireframing

About Wireframing

A wireframe is a 2 dimensional outline of an app or website. Designers use wireframes to organise information and plan the build of your product.

Low-Fidelity

Low-fidelity wireframes are the basic outlines of an app or webpage. There is no scale, grid or even detail and often feature simplistic images.
Prototyping on Paper is one of the easiest ways to create low-fidelity wireframes.

Mid-Fidelity

Mid-fidelity wireframes are a step up from low-fidelity. These wireframes have a higher resolution but still are in black and white. Varying elements are used to distinguish features but the specifics are still excluded.
Figma is a great tool for creating mid-fidelity wireframes.
