We use technology and user data science to greatly improve problem understanding, optimum care dispensation and user experience.
You’ll take the lead on building a world-class B2B2C product that will have customers experience mental health care like it’s never offered before.
While you’ll get to work with a truly passionate team, you’ll build the product from the ground up and will have complete autonomy over the technical vision and how to make it a reality. Longer-term, you’ll build a world-class Product Management team to scale your efforts to democratize access to mental healthcare for 200 million Indians & Asians.
About the role
We're looking for our first Product Manager to join the team. We’re building a mental health app that's truly unique in its approach of care delivery, by keeping it human and accessible. This is a critical first role in the company that will lead all the current and future products from heyy, portfolio.
The role will encompaas innovating for both our B2B and B2C offering, to our customers and to our users.
The role will collaborate closely with engineering, research, product marketing, design, data analytics, business operations, and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall product roadmap to improve the efficacy, efficiency, and experience of our end users.
Define frugal experiments to plan, launch and test new models and gather data along with qualitative feedback.
Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) based on successful experiments to launch new models at scale.
Partner with Go-To-Market (Product Marketing & broader Marketing, operations, clinical) to release new products models at scale.
Basic Qualifications
Proven track record of launching new products and/or programs from planning to launch.
Comfortable to stay agile, work in high-growth environments, creative problem solver utilizing off the shelf tools
High customer empathy with a strong focus on execution and being able to put ideas into action.
Demonstrated project management skills, leading teams of diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate findings/insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to crunch data and deliver actionable insights.
Prior experience in healthcare is a nice to have.
Prior experience as a PM for high volume B2C app is great to have.
