Here is a quick example of integrating the Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) document repository into Coda’s favorite CRM template. You use the base version of this template by typing /crm in any coda doc.
With this pack you can enrich any Coda sales CRM, including those built with other sales/CRM packs such as , , or .
Whether your team operates only in Coda, cross doc, or cross platform, the Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) pack allows you to enrich your pipeline with contract status and more.
These tables are also included as a Feature Doc in the pack so you can just grab and go!
Just want the formula?
The critical formula of the above table is a lookup column with:
[Document Repository].Filter([Signee Emails].SignerName.Contains(thisRow.Contacts.Name ))
This means that whenever someone in your company pipeline has the same name as a Signee, it will pull the contract and status data into this table so you can see what documents that person has signed. You can “SignerName” to “SignerEmail” to avoid risks of people misspelling names. 😉
IDEA!
Turn a table like this into a “Kanban”, or other project management view to tie signing status to CRM status. Or even automate CRM status updates based on when certain types of contracts are signed! Want to take it even further? Then expand this collapsible section! 😉
Contract signed and want to automatically update the lead status as well?
How about sending the client a next steps email template?
Or sending the info product part their contract?
Perhaps you simply want to notify a team member, or add the deal flow data to another coda page or doc now that it’s ready to go?
You can use Coda features, formulas and packs to build strings of automations based on contract type, status and more.
