Viewing Bidder Profiles

Bidders are able to complete bidder profiles to highlight their attributes and experiences as tenants. Because high-bid doesn’t automatically win lease auctions, the landowner can review bidder profiles to help come to a decision on who to award a lease to.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Navigate to bids tab in your dashboard

From Land Manager

Click on the Bids tab on the left-side of the screen.

2. Select a bidder to review

Within the bids tab you will see a list of all bids that have been placed on your listings from most recent to least. The listing name column indicates which listing a bid was placed on. Click on the bidders name that you would like to review.

3. Review bidder profile

Here you will see any information that the bidder has chosen to share with the landowner. If you notice that a bidder has not completed any of the fields, you can request that they do. Once an auction has ended, review the bidders and their bids with the landowner to come to a decision on the winner.
