Landowner Sign-up

Once a landowner has been added to a listing, the landowner should create an account on

CommonGround.io⁠

to receive notifications on their property listing. The landowner should create an account with the same email address that the agent indicated during when adding them as a landowner.

Once the landowner creates their account, they will be able to monitor their property listing.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Visit CommonGround.io

Click Sign Up in the top right corner of the page.

2. Create your account

Enter your email address and create a password.

Check the Terms and Conditions box. Click Sign up

Enter your name, phone number, zipcode, and select Landowner.

Click Save and continue.

3. Verify your email

Head to your inbox to find an email from CashRent Team.

Click the link in the email to verify your account.
