Organize your clients’ holdings, convert inbound leads, and easily keep your clients in the loop about their property transactions. The GroundOS Contacts tool helps you easily manage, list, and sell on your clients’ behalf.

To view your contacts, navigate to the Contacts tab of the GroundOS Dashboard on the left side of your screen.

Adding a Contact

Agents can add contacts by clicking “New Contact” in the Contacts tab of the GroundOS Dashboard, or by creating a new contact during the Add Landowner step when

Adding a Farm to a Contact

As an agent, you can add a Farm to your clients’ holdings directly from their contact profile, or by selecting their name as the landowner when . To add a farm to a contact from their contact profile, click on their name in the Contacts tab of the GroundOS Dashboard and select New Farm.

From a client’s contact profile, agents can view and manage each piece of land belonging to that client. Agents can see active listings, Cashrentstimates, leases involving the client, bids made on the client’s properties, and a complete payment history of rental agreements facilitated through GroundOS.

Viewing your Contacts’ Properties

To view every property belonging to your contact, along with any CashRentstimates that have been generated on their properties, click on the contacts tab in the GroundOS dashboard and select a contact’s name.

Editing a Contact

To edit a contact, scroll to the right in the Contacts tab of the GroundOS Dashboard and click on the three dots in the “Actions” column of the contact you would like to edit. Select “Edit” from the drop-down menu.

Edit contact details and click “Update Contact” to save changes.
