Privacy Policy LineApp (english) Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, Królewska 65A/1 Street 30-081 Krakow, registered within the registry of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Commercial Division of NCR (KRS) under KRS number 0000349053, NIP 6783099620, REGON 121084463 (hereinafter referred to as “CPD” or “Controller of Personal Data”) is the controller of personal data for the as per provisions of personal data protection regulations.
Users of the application may include physical persons, legal persons and organisational units with no own legal personality.
Legal basis for processing personal data:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”
In relation to the processing of personal data by the CPD, the user has the following rights:
a) the right to request access to their personal data, to amend the data, remove the data or to limit the processing of the data,
b) the right to object to the processing of the data,
c) the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data for a particularpurpose, if the user previously gave such consent,
d) the right to file a complaint to the proper supervising body with regards to theprocessing of the data by the CPD.

The user may take advantage of the above rights in accordance with the terms listed in art. 16 – 21 of GDPR, by contacting the CPD using the following e-mail address:
Disclosure of personal data by the user is always voluntary, but it is required for the user to be able to use the getlineapp
CPD guarantees confidentiality of all personal data which it obtains and ensures that it will undertake proper means of security and protect personal data by all means required by regulations regarding protection of personal data. Personal data
is gathered with the highest degree of professional care and protected from access by unauthorised persons. Any personal data gathered by the CPD is only processed within the territory of the European Union.
CPD does not transfers and does not trade any personal data of its users. Personal data of the user is not transferred to any other persons or institutions, without the consent of the user. The personal data processed by the CPD may be disclosed to proper national authorities upon their request and only on the basis of the current provisions of the law.
CPD entrusts or may entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:
a) Amazon Web Services, OVH, Google, IMGIX – with the purpose of storing data on servers,
b) Google - with the purpose of using the analytics system
c) Google – with the purpose of using the mailing system,
d) Fakturownia – with the purpose of using an invoicing system,
e) Google and Apple - with the purpose of delivering mobile Apps
f) Google and OneSignal - with the purpose of sending push notifications

User’s content

1. The user grants the CPD a non-exclusive and unlimited license to any content transferred to the CPD is does not constitute personal data, for the entire time when they use the application, in the following fields of use: creating, multiplication, displaying and reproducing in public, storing within the memory of a computer, a server or a computer network or any other storage device, and publishing on the Internet.
2. The User is obliged to refrain from:
a) providing false ur outdated information or personal data,
b) publishing any offensive content, content which is in breach of any laws or any legally protected right of any third persons,
c) copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting or using in any other way of any content or databases shared with them as part of the application, with the exception of making use of them within the allowed scope of use,
d) undertaking any activities, which may obstruct or disturb the functioning of the application or using the application in any way which would cause inconvenience to any other users,
e) using the application in any way which would be in breach of the current law, principles of morality, infringe any personal rights of third persons or interests of the Controller of Personal Data.

Server logs

Using the Line App is related to sending requests to a server on which the application is stored. Each such request is stored within server logs.
The Logs include, among others, the IP address, date and server time, information about the browser and operating system used by the user. Logs are gathered and stored on the server.
Any data stored within server logs is not paired with any particular person using the service and it is not used by the CPD to identify its users.
Server logs are only used as auxiliary material for the purpose of administering the application and their content is not ever disclosed to anyone other than authorised server administrators.
