Description: Earn points when you reach a streak goal. Goals can be configure to be achieved within a day/week/month

Goal: Incentivize users to ride transit on a consistent basis to help encourage the habit

Location

Type: Location

Description: Earn points when you activate a ticket in a specific location (configurable by geojson)

Goal: Incentivize users to travel to certain locations

Time specific earning

Type: Transactional

Description: Earn points for activating a ticket within a date/time range

Goal: Incentivize users to take certain during a specific time window (i.e. off-peak hours)

Examples: Weekend bonus, ride your daily commute

Ride of the month

Type: Transactional

Description: Earn points by taking a specific mode of transit

Goal: Incentivize riders to take a specific mode of transit

Description: Earn points by completing a survey

Goal: Collect information on user behaviour/demographics

Offer Discount

Type: New offer

Description: Redeem offers at a lower point value

Goal: Increase redemptions and encourage users to utilize points

Friend referral

Type: Referral

Description: Earn additional bonus for referring a new user to the app (earn once new user activates their first ticket)

Goal: Increase # of users
