How are decisions made?
In any organization, decision-making processes may vary depending on the nature of the decision being made, the organizational structure, and the culture of the organization. However, there are some general principles that guide decision-making in our bank.
Firstly, decisions are often made through a collaborative process involving multiple stakeholders. Depending on the decision, the stakeholders may include different teams, managers or decision makers (board members).
Secondly, decisions are often guided by the bank's values, mission, and goals. This means that decisions are made in alignment with the bank's overall objectives, ensuring that they contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
Finally, decision-making processes may also be influenced by external factors such as compliance, legal or regulatory requirements, market conditions, or competitive pressures.
Overall, effective decision-making requires a balance of information, collaboration, alignment with organizational goals, and consideration of external factors.
