Zupee is an online multiplayer gaming app where users can play against other users for entertainment and monetary rewards

Problem Abstract

Design a Help & Support feature journey for the app, specifically for first-time users/ new users on the platform.

User Story

A new user on the platform encounters a challenge in an attempt to deposit money into their wallet.

Product Goal

Design a help and support journey for the user, which resolves the above challenge/s and brings trust to the user to stay on the platform.

User targeting

New users joining the platform are coming from Tier-2/3

Expectation


The platform should have a smart, intuitive, and robust help and support system to guide and support the users at various stages in the journey.

● Key journey with its solutioning and touch points to resolve the user’s query

Why do people want to play on Zupee?

Played online Ludo on multiple apps, but never played on the app that offers cash, so the motivation for coming to Zupee is to earn money while playing Ludo.

User Behaviour Analysis

Targeted 2 types of users, to understand the problem shared and get the rationale behind it. 1) Those who have never played Ludo online and are less exposed to tech. 2) Who has played Ludo online before and has good exposure to different payment apps and games?
