Look at median instead

Remove chat tickets

Also, see the duality of message per tickets for email (e.g., see Harolds)

Start the Gorgias Voice and Gorgias AI bot

Voice is okay with starting it

If we can get Talia and Anjali to 30 hours that would be more ideal.
