Help Center v. Tally App
Customer looking at past order history in Help Center was irritated when we instructed him to log into the Tally app (disconnected sites - no easy way to jump from Help Center to Tally app)

Discount code - need to create duplicates of discount codes of winback (40%).
Supplement Order Updates
Amplify CoQ10 ready for OKC. Will ship over to them next week - likely to arrive in 2 weeks.
Once that happens, then operationally we are ready for launch.
Doris Dev Updates
Pouches are looking fantastic so still tracking for early Feb
Bottles had issues with the “soft touch cap” - we may go into EV2 which would push back launch to mid Feb.
Aside: We have enough inventory at OKC to hold us through Feb - but increase velocity the last few days may erode this quickly. So need to keep pulse on this.
