Resolution/Action
Resolved?
Editing Shipping Addresses is not working
This is still an open issue, and has caused many renewals to be sent to the wrong address. Is S8 working on a fix?
Staged solution rollout:
Remove ability to edit shipping address from View Orders & Billing – JIRA ticket needed
Product design for usable workflow to update shipping addresses from a single page with Nick’s input – to be prioritized

Customers unable to select an action plan - this seems widespread - should we file a Jira ticket?
Root cause: customers must have an active subscription in Seal and have purchased a membership product within the last 30 days to have access to action plans. When member success edits order dates for Vitality or TallyAge testkits, members unexpectedly lose access to membership
Next step:
Discuss proposed solution path to confirm feasibility. When shipping dates for Vitality or TallyAge test kits are modified:
Existing order dates should remain as scheduled unless the member wants to pause their subscription
Membership products should remain in scheduled order dates, customers will pay on scheduled order dates since prices correspond to membership products
Vitality or TallyAge test kits should be removed from scheduled order dates and be rescheduled as separate orders with $0 cost
Q: Policy decision needed to address the misalignment between subscription and product entitlements

Subscription orders without products
Discuss path to resolution
Get Series8 support?
Step 1: Create error reporting
Step 2: Nick to do cursory review, email Shopify if they have logs of errors corresponding to order times
Step 3: Consult Series8 on Solutions
Step 4: Determine if upgrading Shopify checkout is feasible
Would it be possible to somehow indicate when we (Tally/Nick) register a barcode vs. when a member registers a barcode?
MSA’s check Control Panel often to see if a barcode has been registered. Sometimes this is done proactively, other times reactively to an inbound ticket. We’ve mistakenly quoted registration dates to members “I see that you registered your barcode on 5/30/23”, causing unnecessary confusion on the member’s part because Nick actually did it upon receiving data from Tempus.
Barcodes in Shopify
Could we look into an API enhancement that would allow the barcodes from Fidelitone to push to Shopify on the order level?
Check with Fidelitone to see if they should be restocking barcodes? Can they notify us, and if so, what do we do with this information?
Katie will come up with proposal
