“Unfulfilled” Orders in Customer Profile

confirmed that this isn’t an issue with our app. Investigation shows that OKC is not properly updating status from Sendle.


Replacement test kits
Currently using: “one off” ($249) in all instances
Should we consider bifurcating product SKU and title for replacement kits issued for “membership starter test kit” v. “membership recurring test kit”? Would save from a Unit Economics perspective
Currently no way of tracking number of replacement tests accurately sent out in Shopify
No f/u until Jill is back.
Updating malformed order report to exclude memberships w/o Vitality
When can we put this into effect?
Hold off until we launch Subscription Management in App - will have a ETA next week.
Question: if members skip in the app, will we see the skipped order in Seal?
Failed Payments Update
In general Failed Payments have ticked up in the previous few months. We attribute this to a greater proportion of customers using mobile and ShopPay.

Updated Failed Payment Retries from 1 to 2 in the last few weeks. Will see if that had any impact on metrics.
