Failed Payments Update
In general Failed Payments have ticked up in the previous few months. We attribute this to a greater proportion of customers using mobile and ShopPay.
Updated Failed Payment Retries from 1 to 2 in the last few weeks. Will see if that had any impact on metrics.
Failed Payments driven by growth in mobile and ShopPay.
Will follow up with interventions and a targeted discussion in the churn deep dive next week.
Update on Fixing Multiple Cards
Seal associates a Subscription with a Payment Method. When a payment method is updated, occasionally there was a bug preventing that update being pushed across to Seal and our App.
Nick is working on this bug and it should be addressed this week.
Operations Workflow after OKC transition
Context: In 2H 2024 we’ll start work to switching from supplement pouches to bottles, and we’ll also start work to switch our supplement fulfillment vendor from OKC to Fidelitone.
Question for operations: An process map Tally’s supplement fulfillment workflow following transition to Fidelitone would be helpful. Specifically we would like to understand which vendors own what tasks in the supplement fulfillment process.
