Is there a limit on the number of skips a customer can make?
Can customers skip consecutive months?
Are there any limitations?
No limitations on max number of skips or consecutive skips.
Multiple subscriptions / accounts
How are customers able to purchase multiple subscriptions?
How can we prevent members from purchasing multiple subscriptions and establishing more than one account?
Troubleshooting malformed customers:
Script catches them, CSAs reach out.
Off-cycle Purchases
Current Functionality:
Customers can only add new supplements to their existing subscription, that will be sent out in the next upcoming order.

Questions:
How often did this occur w/ Restore launch?
How often does this occur on an average month?
How often do you move up a shipment date?

Scoping , but recommend pushing it off closer to Sharpen launch.

How often does this occur on an average month? Not often; other than restore customers, most customers are willing to wait until their next ship date to receive the new product
How often do you move up a shipment date? For every customer requesting to purchase Restore now we updated their next ship date for 30 days post initial order
Several customers requesting to “try before they buy” or make a single purchase (not interested in subscription) - consideration for future launches
