Set a monthly reminder in the MSA team calendar to send a new monthly invoice
2. Keep an internal note on the ticket with the renewal dates, and which ones need Vitality and a test kit sent vs. just Vitality
3. Once a renewal is completed when the customer fills out the custom invoice, date and signature on the membership tracker internal note
