How often do we send out test kits to customers who had a bad TallyAge test and complained about it?
How much does it cost for the member? cost for us?
Test Kits — send about a dozen a week (60+ yr old)
Delta too high or low +/- 7.5 - 10
Delta-Delta too high/low +/- 5
Testing Failures (~2-3% of all tests)
RARE - Pissed off 2-3 year delta → send a new test

Product Swap Issue

is helping us with an issue
. Core issue is Seal is having an issue with “product swaps”. What occurs is that it causes customers to get multiple recruring test kits back to back months.
Solutions:
Talking with Seal to determine how to fix this
Tally in the meantime is creating an automated check to prevent this for happening
