Existing Members: Customer Actions & Expected Behavior
Members Past Commitment Window - Pause / Un-Pause Scenario - can we assume that customer success will:
Keep a record of what memberships are paused and when they should be reactivated?
When reactivating will manually reconfigure the schedule to ensure the member is put back on the correct test schedule?
Communicate in writing the 90 day un-pause policy?

I thought we were getting rid of the cancellation fee? This is based on the conversation with Melanie earlier this week?
Downgrades from membership to supplement only - how should this be represented visually in the application ? I see three options:
Continue to display the member's current membership state
Display the member's future supplements only state (but preserve access to membership features)
Continue to display the member's current membership state + some indicator somewhere that they will be switched over in the future?

Pull existing customer 4 day
Active member
Any customer with 30 day order cadence in the first renewal (pre April 5th)
Remove any one who complained about excess supplements.
Deadline: 12/14 for the pull forward
