1 Hour Delay on Fidelitone Orders
Context:
Fidelitone has this for all orders including first order.
This only impacts customers who place orders within the pulldown times ( 7 AM and 11 AM).

Return Process Testing
Problem to Solve:
How does Tally handle returns created by Shopify. (SOP)
Customer Initiated Return via CSA
CSA generates return label
Return label is auto sent to customer
Return label is logged somewhere
Status of package is updated automatically via email // tracking link exists
Fidelitone receives package
Customer notified it has been received
Fudelitone pass / no pass package
If passes, Fidelitone the customer gets email of status and next steps of refund.
Shopify understands refund is processed, and money is based back to customer.
if no pass, Fidelitone tells Tally — CSA will message the customer of why it didnt pass.

Align on states of how Fidelitone sends us data on returns.
Then figure out how our team will understand which returns has been processed or which ones have failed.

See how they will notify us of return successful / failed.
