We have pre-sale inquiries now and then asking for a picture of what the results will look like. Could we discuss how best to support these requests, and if it’s possible to create a PDF or screenshot that we’re willing to share externally?

Product Unbundling: paused existing members
Customers with memberships that are currently paused, whose last payment failed more than 30 days ago, should be migrated to cancelled membership status on 1/15/24. This will be a one-time migration.

Q: Align on goal of this transition, and whether it creates value without being a permenant feature
