I would love feedback from Product on the Cancelation survey that I and
@Garret Ma
put together. We intend on providing a link to this in the final email we send to a member in the cancellation flow, where we confirm their membership has been canceled. Thoughts?
Roadmap update to focus on Q4 active member growth
Roadmap updates:
Growth optimizations-- referral marketing, Shopify store conversion optimizations, and CVR optimizations for mobile are prioritized and underway. We're shipping these updates via multiple launches from now - Nov 10th. Matt is sharing details and timing of each launch + tracking impact
Growth initiatives-- this refers to more impactful growth initiatives that we'll align on driving with marketing in Q4. We'll have 2 engineers fully dedicated to this track in starting ~mid-November. While we have ideas, this needs ideation/planning/alignment with marketing, which we'll tackle together IRL Monday afternoon

Impact to Q4/Q1 roadmap:
Tally 2.0 (upgraded action plans and navigation, launching Nov 15) will be built in parallel to Growth optimizations -- no change
Product unbundling (launching ~Jan) will be built in parallel to Growth initiatives -- no change
Future growth opportunities (ie. Amplify study, insightful aging AI POC, wearables, future supplement planning) -- no change
Restore supplements -- product/tech/design work is paused -- no impact to timeline yet let's TB at weekly sync
Research hub -- product/tech/design work is paused --

Replacement Test Variant on Shopify

Would it be possible to create a new variant for the Single TallyAge Test Kit product on Shopify for Replacement Tests?
This would simplify and improve reporting, which would also help Jill as she builds + updates the financial model. Right now, the process to track and account for replacement tests correctly is very manual, requiring the use of multiple Shopify reports
