Garret Ma~50 orders were lost in the the ether. Working with OKC and Fidelitone to figure out where they wentOKC was able to find these orders and are processing them today / tomorrow. OKC held these ordersFidelitone is still digging into where these orders areOnly affected a few orders from 9/28 to 10/10 (checked 4 days before and after)Working with to see what was the root case but my thought is that it aligns with our Soft Launch + bug fix so likely it is something that we did. TBD since single test kits are having issues so not sure what the root cause is.
