Stefano Bianchi is originally from Turin, Italy. After graduating in Graphic Design, he developed skills in coding, 2d/3d animation, game development, VR and AR through working in agencies and in different sectors from cartoon animation to show business, education and medical research and development.
It was his passion and ability to inspire, that led him to be a regular guest lecturer of game design, digital publishing and VR/AR at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). Stefano has worked for a range of companies and agencies in the last 21 years, and this expertise has all gone into his business, It Is The End LTD, founded in 2018.
The company works on digital research and development with a focus on innovation and problem solving. VR/AR and games are the main activities of the business and they have worked with many clients including Xerjoff, a luxury brand and Brian May (Queen band founder and guitarist) but the company is also keen to be involved in projects that use these technologies to have a positive impact on social problems and quality of life.
Bringing innovation and Mixed-Reality technologies was possible to consolidate collaborations with leading companies in Europe, the United States and Japan.
Being the company a third-party developers for big names in the game industry was possible to build a network of top level freelancers that works now with It Is The End as contractors according to the projects needs.
In this way the company can always be cost efficient providing top level quality. Stefano’s leadership and experience in this field will see him being a guest speaker at the 2020 Horasis Global Meeting discussing ‘Developing Decisive Leadership theme through Times of Disruption’ and many others important technology conferences.
In Q4 2021 It Is The End joined TwoFour54 and established his headquarter in Abu Dhabi.

I founded It Is The End after working for 20 years in different companies, from advertisement to events, cartoon animation, interaction design and also teaching.
I needed to realize my vision about a company that runs as a group of people with no hierarchy but with everyone committed to the final result
