With the data you found you can build your persona and list all their characteristics.
Step 3: Define your segmentation criteria
The goal of this step is to select the segmentation criteria you can use to segment your current customers. With the approval of the DACI team you'll decide which segmentation criteria we should use and which ones we shouldn't use.
