Achievements

2019 · Mercado Libre

I join a multinational company with significant impact in Latin America commerce and payments.

Being part of the UX team at Mercado Libre was an external, important validation early on in my career: my independent, freelancing web design, path was taking me somewhere with purpose and full of growth.

At that time, it felt as if I was playing football in a small town, and someone called me to join the big leagues or something alike.

2019 · Workshop Facilitation to foster alignment, idea generation and make better decisions in Mercado Pago

2020 · Start drawing the actual Technical Lead role in Mercado Pago UX Content Design team

Today there are at least 5 profiles in that position

Other tech companies in Argentina started pushing for this role and our process in Mercado Libre was pioneer and a reference for the rest in that sense.

2020 - 2023 · Founder · I lead my own design consultancy lab

Here I get to build my own UX team and I face the challenge to sell not only my expertise but my mission. I set processes and apply methods to do service design of our solutions. Crafted messages to get the brand noticed.

Design 3 hybrid learning experiences for tech teams aiming to improve their UX skills.

Trained more than 10 comms, design and tech teams in 2 years.

Led a team of 5 people with diverse background and roles supporting their careers and helping them find their nexts steps after our collaboration.

, who was my partner, and

, one of the closest collaborators in the studio. They both also migrate to Spain and face the same challenges as me integrating in a new culture and society and letting go our previous life in Buenos Aires.

2022 - 2023 Training and mentoring

More than 400 is the number of students certificated on my UX Writing Program.

I trained 12 design teams on Design Sprint, Design Thinking and UX Writing Fundamentals.

More than 2.400 minutes mentoring from junior designers to content design leaders to help them design their careers, craft their processes and improve their teams operations.

2024 Looking forward to filling this blank space with upcoming achievements and notable projects for my career.
