About me

Hello there, you can call me Floren :) I lead UX processes as an independent consultant, developing customized design methodologies and tools.

I love exploring the edges of design and I’m passionate about doing so in different scenarios as I balance my personal journey. From Argentina, now I’m based in Barcelona. Moving from a continent to another has teach me that career paths are non lineal neither vertical.

After a fast-learning period working as UXer in Mercado Libre between 2019 and 2021, I chose to embark on an entrepreneurial journey creating Saltolab, a hybrid design consultancy and UX workshop laboratory, where I collaborate with my team and clients from Latin America.

I have had the privilege of working on UX and Conversational Design projects with teams from Mercado Libre, CVS Health, Pedidos Ya, Banco Galicia, the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, among others.

From designing, thinking and writing in Spanish I’m now making my first steps in English-speaking teams and projects. I found this as an excellent opportunity of growth. And a learning about humility, integration and respect for how other cultures and environments work. So excited about what is to come!

I love climbing and going to the mountains 🏔 I have a collection of interior plants 🌱 in my apartment and I spend most of my free time hanging around with friends, going to live concerts and practicing yoga and meditation .
