"The Parable of the Two Kings”

Hebrews 13:12-14
So Jesus also suffered outside the gate in order to sanctify the people through his own blood.
Therefore let us go to him outside the camp and bear the reproach he endured.
For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come.

Exodus 33:7-11
7 Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the “tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp. 8 And whenever Moses went out to the tent, all the people rose and stood at the entrances to their tents, watching Moses until he entered the tent. 9 As Moses went into the tent, the pillar of cloud would come down and stay at the entrance, while the Lord spoke with Moses. 10 Whenever the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance to the tent, they all stood and worshiped, each at the entrance to their tent. 11 The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his young aide Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent.

The Lord said, "Are you not aware of this truth? You must meet with me "outside the camp." After He said this, He said write now the “Parable of the Two Kings, and I began to write…

There once was a kingdom led by a righteous and valiant King. His brother, jealous of his power, through deceit and treachery overthrew his kingdom.
The Good King was driven out of the kingdom to dwell outside of town in the wilderness.
The Wicked King established his kingdom based solely upon gaining more power at the expense of the people.
Every year he hosted an annual gathering and invited his guests. The names of each guests were posted all around town.
The townspeople spent every day throughout the year trying to earn an invitation to this gathering through their works and achievements. When their name was posted, they walked with arrogance and pride. To be important in the eyes of man was the chief aim of these people. And the wicked king used this desire to promote his own interests and to gain greater measures of wealth, influence and power. But there was another group of people in The kingdom.
They were the secret followers of The Good King.
They spent their days serving the interests of The Good King, for His sake and for the good of the community alone.
Any remnant of goodness left in the kingdom was due to the secret work of these brave and selfless men and women.
Each year the Good King hosted a meal in the wilderness and invited his guests. Their names were never posted. No praise of men was to be received by their attendance. Their only reward:
Fellowship with the Good King.
As the servants of the wicked king arrived, he spoke to them words of flattery. Each of them being puffed up by his words. But these words lacked authenticity, for they were birthed out of selfishness because they came with an agenda.
"Serve my interests and I will make you great in this kingdom."
His request; oppress the poor, ignore the widow, use the citizens of the kingdom to fulfill the wicked kings agenda.
Ultimately, his request was for their very souls.
But in the wilderness, the servants of the Good King sat at the table. The King stood up, welcomed his guests, and then bent down and washed his servants feet. "Each one of you has been called, not because of your goodness, or perfection, but because of Gods purpose in the earth. I will show each of you all that still holds you captive, and I will reveal to you your strengths and your weaknesses. And together we will return the kingdom to God the Father.
We will achieve this through selflessness, service and sacrifice. My only ask is that you follow me.
An invitation to one dinner meant power, wealth, and the praise of men
An invitation to the other meant a life of separation from family and friends, and even the punishment of death if discovered.
In time the wicked kings power was overthrown by an even more wicked man. But while these men jostled for position and power, one by one the servants of the Good King rescued citizens from the kingdom and introduced them to the Good King.
For the more wicked the kingdom became the more the people desired something better.
As the darkness grew the people were able to see the contrast between the Two Kings.
Brothers and sisters, we must follow the Good king. We have been given an invitation to a gathering which has no website, it is not posted on any location for millions to see. But heaven rejoices to see the revealing of the sons of God for which creation is groaning.
Together we will watch as the Father takes back His Kingdom and gives it to those who have learned the secret of the Good King. And that is…
"To rule his kingdom means to first become a servant to those over whom we are called to reign."
prayer

Our Prayer

Father, we receive this message from you, our Good King. Our desire is to rule and reign with you. Do whatever you must to ensure we rule with justice, faithfulness and mercy. Make our hearts tender Father. Smooth out our rough edges. Help us to see the world through your eyes. We desire not the praise of men, but rather the praise that comes from you. We thank you Father that you have chosen us to not only to birth your Kingdom, but to also rule and reign with you. Today Father, we meet with you in the wilderness, in the secret place. For our hearts desire is not a throne, but intimacy with you. We give ourselves to you, Our Good King. You alone are worthy of the glory. You alone are worthy to wear the Crown. As you laid down your life for us, we lay down our lives for you this day. For the glory of Yeshua, Amen.

A Word from Our Father

My child, I am the Good King. My Kingdom is not of this world. I entered the world as a Lamb and so must you. Humble yourselves before me and I will lift you up in due time. This day I give you a prophetic gift. And that is my crown. And it is a crown of thorns. May this crown rest upon your head protecting your mind from every wicked scheme from the devil. May this crown, the only true crown transform your mind into the image of my Beloved Son. Meet with me in the wilderness of this world and I will feed you like I did Elijah at the brook. Meet with me in secret and I will reveal to you great mysteries. I love you my sons and daughters, I am preparing a table In the wilderness. The invitation is in your hands sealed in the blood of Messiah. Come to my table and I will show you great and mighty things. The time is at hand. The Kingdom has come. Do you perceive it?
