"Reversing the Rivers Flow”

Revelation 22:1-5

The River of Life

Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb

⁠

down the middle of the main street of the city. On either side of the river stood a tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit and yielding a fresh crop for each month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.

No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be within the city, and His servants will worship Him.

They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.

There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.

A river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and there it divided and became four rivers.

⁠

The name of the first is the Pishon. It is the one that flowed around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold.

⁠

And the gold of that land is good; bdellium and onyx stone are there.

⁠

The name of the second river is the Gihon. It is the one that flowed around the whole land of Cush.

⁠

And the name of the third river is the Tigris, which flows east of Assyria. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

Proverbs 25:2

It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out.

I heard the Lord say, "I am taking you back to the Garden. The rivers that flowed out of Eden will reverse and lead you back to paradise."

Friends, the Lord says, "It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the glory of kings is to search it out. (Proverbs 25:2)

We are called to be "spiritual archeologists." Our call is to dig through the sands of time and tradition to unearth ancient vessels which have been lost. We are called to meditate on the Scriptures day and night, for when we do, not only will knowledge increase, but we will discover truths which hold within them the power to transform.

The Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. (Psalm 119:105) The Scriptures tell us to "find the good way and walk in it." (Jer 6:16)

I declare this day the Lord is leading us back to the Garden! And the way we will find our way back, is by following the path of the rivers which "flowed" out of Eden.

Friends, this world is dying because it is eating from the wrong tree. The world consumes the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. But you were appointed to eat from a different tree. You were appointed to feast from the Tree of Life!

Genesis 2:10 says,

A river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and there it divided and became four rivers.

As I studied the meaning of the names and places where the rivers flowed, this prophetic message came forth.

"The river of Gods delight went forth from the Garden of Eden. It sprang forth and encircled a land filled with those writhing in pain, laboring to give birth. The river of Gods delight caused the wombs of those writhing in pain to open and water burst forth from the blackness. New life came forth rapidly and man took a step and began to advance and walk forth with God on a straight path. The Father saw him and called him blessed and the man broke forth into great fruitfulness"

Do you hear this prophetic word?

This is the story of God's people. What began in a garden must end in the garden. The time has come to "walk forth with God" and advance into your divine destiny.

Beloved, we are called to follow these rivers back into the garden. The garden represents the place of intimacy with the Father. Though we were made in Gods image, our lives descended into "blackness" for which we could not escape. But the Father sent Yeshua, God in the flesh. Born of a woman. To die for us that we might find our way back into fellowship with Him!

Now, with the blood of Yeshua placed upon the doorposts of our heart. We are beginning our march back to the garden. Together with a whole host of those who love the Father, we will return to the place of intimacy and "oneness" with God.

For this is the place where we will eat from the Tree of Life and be completely satisfied.

To eat from the tree of life is to receive the Father as He truly is. It is to gain a piece of Him in Spirit and Truth.

Friend, its time for you to make your way back to the garden. Its time to follow the rivers flow out of any remaining "blackness" in your life and come to the Father.

You have been writhing in pain but the time has come for the water of life to burst forth from within!

Receive your nourishment from the Tree of Life, which is Yeshua Himself, and others will find the Tree of Life within you.

Our Prayer

Father, all we desire is to live in your Presence. Lead us back to the garden. We want to eat from the tree of Life. For many years we have been in labor. We have experienced the pain of a fallen creation. But now the time has come to give birth. The time has come to allow the Tree of Life to sprout forth from the soils of our heats. So that Christ in us can truly become the "hope of glory" for the world. We love you Father! Lead us back to the garden. We will follow your rivers flow back home to you. Amen.

A Word from Our Father

My child, everything you do must usher forth from your position as a co-laborer with me in my Garden. Rivers of living water are meant to pour out from your hearts, just as the rivers flowed out of Eden, and they will flow through a land writhing in pain. This Living Water will become a spring of life to the broken and thirsty. And I will raise up the tree of Life within you to feed the nations. I have spoken.
